This actuator assembly is used on the 1st and 2nd version E-2 (e SERIES) PN-2E power nozzles. It allows you to control the power being supplied.

Switch actuator or trigger for the early version PN-2E electric hose handle assembly. This part sometimes will have R11091 x (x being a random number) on the side of it. Early versions of this item used a spring instead of the plastic arm. The part number R7803 was sometimes stamped on this version as well.

If you have the design with the plastic arm, then this part breaks easily. You can upgrade to the R5975 switch actuator and R6893 actuator spring located under the "Related Items" tab above. The R5975 uses a spring that will not break.

Handle kit for the PN-2 and R-4375C power nozzle electric hose. Works with the R5975 actuator switch that came standard on the PN-2 system.

This new handle kit design now uses (7) H566 screws. Older handle kits only used (6). Be sure to confirm and order an extra screw if needed.

When replacing the handle kit on the R-4375C electric hose, you can apply the included insert that covers the section that would allow the use of a switch actuator.

Old item numbers stamped inside handle include, R5759, R5760, R8140, R8141. R4294 is the item number to the warning label on the side.

Factory OEM switch for the D4C SE (Special Edition) and D4C model Rainbow. This switch first came as pictured in the early version D4C that came out in 1986. Rexair then changed to a new design switch that did not have wires attached. The new version had six holes that you would stick the wires into. Inside each hole was a spring loaded catch that held the wires in place.

Over time, the factory found that this was an inferior design and went back to the four wire system.

Original OEM switch with gasket for the E-2 (e SERIES™) Rainbow system from serial numbers 9000000 through 9293949 with an end date of June 11th 2000.

If you are replacing the R7330 switch actuator, then you no longer need the gasket that comes with this switch. The new switch actuator has been modified for use without the gasket.
